FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA–(Marketwired – Apr 16, 2014) – Triton Emission Solutions Inc., (SHPR) announces that James Pakulis has resigned as President and director of the Company. His resignation was not due to, and was not caused by, in whole or in part, any disagreement with the Company, whether related to the Company’s operations, policies, practices or otherwise.

Triton Emission Solutions Inc., thanks Mr. Pakulis for his contribution to the development of the Company and wishes him the best of success in his future business endeavors.

To fill the vacancy created by Mr. Pakulis’ resignation, the Company appointed Rasmus Norling as President along with his current position as Chief Technical Officer and Chairman.
