October 28, 2013 Press Releases

Boca Raton, Florida, Oct. 28, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Triton Emission Solutions Inc., (SHPR) announces that it is in the process of establishing a wholly owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands to advance the research, development and world wide marketing efforts for the DSOX-15 Fuel Purification System. The Company believes that the establishment of operations in BVI will allow access to a significantly larger pool of intellectual assets for its development efforts on the DSOX-15 Fuel Purification System. The wholly owned subsidiary will have the added benefit of being physically located in the center of one of the largest geographical shipping areas governed by the exhaust emissions regulations. The fact that many ships are flagged in Caribbean countries and have headquarters located there, should benefit the Company’s marketing efforts.

Rasmus Norling, CTO Chairman stated, “This represents a strategic research, development and marketing move for the Company. The move is intended to accelerate the further development of the DSOX-15 Fuel Purification System and meet the Company’s goal of exceeding the upcoming 2015 emissions regulations”.

Triton Emission Solutions Inc., will continue updating the public on the DSOX -15 Fuel Purification System project as it progresses through all phases of research, development, testing, installation to certification.
